1.Triple Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup raspberries (frozen)
  • 1/3 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 2/3 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener (recommend honey)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash fruits. Remove the stems and cut strawberries in half. Measure out the fruit and place into a ziploc bag. You can make multiple ready-to-blend smoothie bags at once. 
  2. Once the berries are frozen, place into the blender with yogurt, honey and ice. 
  3. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth and all the ice has broken up and thinned out. 












2.Keto Smoothie


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish (optional)
  • 1 c. frozen blackberries
  • 2 c. coconut milk 
  • 1 c. baby spinach 
  • Unsweetened shaved coconut, for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients (except for coconut). Blend until smooth. 
  2. Divide between cups and top with raspberries and coconut, if using.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. frozen cherries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped (reserve 2 slices for garnish)
  • 1 c. almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with kiwi.








4.Banana Smoothie


Ingredients
  • 1 cup sliced banana frozen is best, about 1 large banana
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ¼ cup milk dairy, almond, oat milk, etc.
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve immediately.

  • 1/2 c. Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 c. pineapple, plus more for garnish
  • 1 c. coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with more raspberries and pineapple.
